The Culpeper Christian School Drama Troupe presents an historic, musical dramatization, My Phillis.  This drama is about the life of Phillis Wheatley, slave turned poet. The Wheatley family raises Phillis as a family member and give her eductional privileges that help her pursue her talent. This heart-warming drama, set in the 1700's includes some of her poem readings such as "On Coming from Africa to America" and "A Hymn to the Evening".

The play will be presented on Friday, May 2nd at 7:00, and Saturday, May 3rd at 2:00 PM. Tickets are $5.00 and sold at the door. For more information, call the school office at 825-4208.





Active Alumni:  C.C.S. alumni are serving the Lord faithfully in a variety of fields that include business, education, engineering, foreign missions, homemaking, medicine, and the pastorate. Former students have attended an assortment of universities and colleges such as the following:
